The Full Story
When Scott's grandmother needed home care, he was stunned by what he found: revolving-door caregivers who never learned her name, agencies that treated her like a billing number, and a system that prioritized efficiency over empathy. She deserved better. Every family deserves better.
That frustration became a founding principle. Scott built Signature Care around a simple idea: home care should feel personal because it is personal. He interviews key hires himself, meets families during their first consultation, and still calls clients to check in -- not because he has to, but because that is the company he set out to build.
Today, Signature Care serves over 500 families across Greater Montreal. But Scott measures success the same way he did on day one: by the families who tell him their parent feels safe, seen, and genuinely cared for.
