By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services are available to residents of Greater Montreal who are at least 18 years old.

Our Services

Signature Care provides non-medical home care services including companion care, personal care, dementia care, respite care, and live-in care. Our services are provided by trained caregivers under clinical supervision.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to provide accurate information, communicate openly about care needs, treat our caregivers with respect, pay for services according to agreed terms, and notify us promptly of any concerns.

Payment Terms

Service rates are provided in your care agreement. Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your agreement. We accept major credit cards and direct payment methods. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

Limitation of Liability

Signature Care provides non-medical care services. We are not responsible for medical decisions or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

Termination & Cancellation

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled care visits. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your assigned caregiver, we will provide a replacement and waive the next shift.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
